By bidding on, or buying any of our products on eBay Marketplace you agree to our policies on our eBay account.   Our policies can be reviewed in each listing, or here.  By buying or bidding on any of our products you are entering into a legally binding contact with us.

Understanding eBay Feedback

There are certain rules of edequitte you need to follow as a buyer and seller on eBay so keep eBay an honest and positive marketplace to sell and buy items on.

Some things to remember -

When a seller states in the listing that the processing time is 3-4 days before the item ships.  The buyer cannot leave negative feedback saying anything like "seller was slow shipping the item" when the seller followed their policy.

When a seller states in the listing that shipping time is 14-30 business days and you the buyer receives the item before the 30 business days time.  The buyer cannot leave negative feedback saying anything like "shipping was slow" when the seller followed their policy.
